Q: How can I place an order?

A: Please email us at sales@harxin.co.nz with the products you would like to order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Is there an extra delivery charge?

A: If you are located in Auckland, delivery charges apply for orders under NZD 300. The delivery fee is usually $5 + GST per parcel. Orders over NZD 300 are eligible for free delivery.

For urgent orders, additional delivery charges may apply.

If you are located in other cities, we will arrange delivery via a third-party courier, and we will contact you to confirm the freight quote.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Under normal circumstances, we deliver twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The order cut-off time is 2:00pm on the previous business day.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order or return products?

A: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. We accept returns within 7 days after receiving the products, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
